Use the online registration form below. You have the option to pay by e-transfer, credit card, or use your PayPal account.

If you would prefer to register by mail and pay by cheque, or for other inquiries regarding conference registration, contact us.

    The registration fee is $25. The fee will provide you with access to the prerecorded video presentations and the opportunity to join both online discussions offered during the two-week conference schedule. Note: All of the videos will be accessible for viewing on the conference web site until November 15, 2020.

  • • e-Transfer - If you choose to send an e-Transfer, you will receive an email with instructions on where to send your payment. You will receive a registration confirmation by email once your payment is received by us. (We prefer this payment option as South Coast Bat Conservation Society does NOT incur a fee for this payment option.)
    • Credit Card or PayPal - Select the PayPal option to pay with a credit card OR your PayPal account. You will receive an automatic registration confirmation. (South Coast Bat Conservation Society incurs a fee for this payment option.)

  • Support for Bat Conservation and Research

    Proceeds from the conference will be going towards bat conservation and research in BC.

    For this conference, South Coast Bat Conservation Society (SCBats) will collect, process and store your details to enable you to attend this conference as a delegate. SCBats may use this information internally for analysis purposes but won’t share it with third parties who are not associated with this conference.
