This hike has been postponed due to lack of interest. It may be rescheduled for a weekday this year or a weekend next year.

This is a favourite moderate hike in the Buntzen Lake Recreation Area. Diez Vistas is Spanish for “ten views.” The trail starts steeply and soon gives way to some beautiful views of Indian Arm, North Shore mountains, Buntzen Lake, and Eagle Ridge. We will return by Bunzten Lake’s North Beach and travel along the lake’s east side to the parking area. This trail is steep at times and can be more demanding than the stats suggest. Roundtrip distance is 17 km with a cumulative elevation gain of 900 m. Meet at 8:00 am. Return 4:00 pm.
