VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY: Invasive Plant Removal along the Shoreline Trail

Sunday, October 4, 9am – 11am

Join the City of Port Moody and the Rotary Club in protecting our parks and green spaces by removing invasive plants along the Shoreline Trail. The focus is a large patch of English ivy and Himalayan blackberry that is spreading through the forest.

Physical work is required and is off trail. Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes or boots and clothes that can get dirty. This event will take place rain or shine so dress for the weather. Gloves, eye protection, and tools will be provided by the Environment and Parks Department. Please bring your own water bottle.
