A 25 acre parcel for sale by the Township of Langley contains a mixed conifer/deciduous forest with different types of habitat. There is extensive vegetation on the forest floor, various tree types and over 100 species of birds and animals that have been observed by naturalists. A group of Langley residents who have come together in support of preserving this forest — “Watchers of Langley Forests” (WOLF) — are leading free public tours into the area every Saturday and Sunday this fall beginning at 2 pm. Directions: If coming from Fort Langley, follow River Road east, make a right at 256 Street, then make a left on to 84 Ave.257A street is on the left hand side. If coming from the highway/Aldergrove, go north on 264 Street, make a left on to 84 Ave, 257A street is on the the right hand side.
